Poor service from Mbombela WeBuyCars Branch

I logged a complain on Hello Peter early this week regarding the poor service from the WeBuy Cars branch in Mbombela where my son bought his Audi on 21 August 2023. After I contacted WeBuyCars hot line and spoken to a lady that helped me, all of a sudden then got a mail from Angelique Beukes at the Mbombela Branch, explaining that we are responsible for the licensing of the vehicle. On the invoice we were billed R2200 for licencing and registration. This is POOR service from a large company like WeBuy Cars. Why are we as clients being treated this way.
