Poor service for Webyucars
I've bought a car last year at the Springfield branch.Upon collection the licence of the cars had expired and now permits were available.up until today I'm still waiting for a copy of the Natis docs without any success after sending emails and numerous phone calls Only respond I would get is that someone gonna phone me back but nothing This is really bad service.whay made it worst is the sale person I was dealing with dont answer my calls or respond to my messages.

31 Jan 2024, 15:46So I receive the Natis document and was told that I had to license the car before the RWC expires only to arrive at my local traffic department and was told it had expired already.
I was told by the salesmen who I was dealing with at the Springfield branch to pay for the RWC & licensing and that webuycars would reimburse me.now the salesmen is no more responding to my calls nor messages.
