Poor service

Can you believe that we are stuck in goodwood as the car we just bought stopped driving. I informed the sales person De Wet within few minutes are fetching the car that it stopped and he **** and said he was in contact with his supervisor and he will call us. We waited and waited and when we called him, his phone was off. They have my money now they cant check whats the issue. We are still stuck here and my kids are alone in the house.
