Poor service experienced from WebuyCars Midstream Centurion

I am struggling with this company to have my car fixed. I need them to take the car to be fixed as it is dying electronically and I am not getting any feedback. Case was referred to the manager but still I am not getting any solution or feedback!

Their service is very poor and they don't care about customer's needs nor they never prioritize urgent queries.
