Poor service experience and unresolved issues with platinum rated vehicle

We purchased a platinum rated vehicle from we buy cars Johannesburg south on 31 May 2025. I have reported several serious issues relating the to the tyres, rims and suspension from independent professionals subsequent to the purchase. We made several calls to the contact centre, sent emails to the CRM assigned and called the salesperson from the branch to request a meeting to go over the issues, with no reply. The vehicle Natis has also not been delivered to the Dome branch as requested. There is evidentially no customer care, and we feel that WBC are avoiding engaging us.
