Poor service delivery

Follow on to previous review - Louis. I placed a reserve on a vehicle in july 2023 and then decided to not continue with the purchase. I have now been trying to get that money back - numerous calls , promises, and having to stay on hold even after making daily enquiries still no resolution. Seriously considering this companies national profile you would expect high level of service delivery - I am no longer interested in "we will investigate and get back to you" I just want my money back.
