Poor service. Defects on vehicle not declared on Dekra report

I have a wholesale account with webuycars and have bought a number of vehicles from almost all of there branches country wide.

I purchased a vehicle via there online daily auctions at there silverlakes branch. Paid for the vehicle and went to view. I was aware of the cosmetic defects but to my surprise the vehicle had mechanical defects that were not declared on the dekra report. I then decided to cancel the deal and emailed Rousseau du Plessis (Sales manager) and explained my issue. It's been a back and forth, cat and mouse game. They claim that the defect is declared on the report. The report says that certain defects do not impair the vehicles function but the defect that was picked up clearly impairs it's function and does not appear on the report. I have a copy of the original report.

It's not a money issue. I would gladly buy another vehicle from them if and when something comes around. It's the principle of the matter where defects were not declared which now impairs the vehicles function.

Overall a very disappointing experience with webuycars. Especially since I have spent quite a bit with them. The attitude and arrogance received from the staff (Dealer salesmen and management) leaves a lot to be desired.
