Poor service

Poor service all round We purchased a vehicle from the Dome branch on the 1st November we test drove the vehicle all was well so was the dekra report indicated it was in excellent condition. A week later the car started giving us issues we notified them and nothing was done after having to drive there 2 or 3 times one of the managers assisted us to fetch the car however we were promised feedback Ever since no commmunication has come from them if you call there’s either no answer if you go there it’s constantly excuses or lies been told
