Poor service contact delivery!

Dear We buy cars

On Monday 7 November, I visited you la lucia we buy cars in order to have my Nissan Navara evaluated for possible immediate sale. On arrival at 11am, "the office" was locked with no one inside, I waited 15minutes and then left. While driving out of the mall, I saw a white we buy cars branded VW Polo therefore decided to follow the car back to the we buy cars office. The polo parked its car outside the office, however did not go inside, I waited 10 minutes and then went to knock on the window of the car, and the gentlemen told me that he was on lunch and so was his Manager and could not assist. I left my contact details for them to get back to me to evaluate my vehicle for sale. I received a call later in the day from a number *** from a gentlemen saying that they were offline and therefore everyone decided to take a lunch while they were offline, I was assured they he would make contact with me when they were back online and he would visit my premises due to the inconvenience. Today is a full week since this experience, I have never received a call, I have also tried to call several times however the phone is always off. Has we buy cars system been down for a week?

Clearly the we buy cars slogan of "We really want your car" is a just a catch phrase to waste customers time and interest? Very poor consumer trust delivered here guys!
