Poor Service

I am really dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from Webuycars Dome branch. I have requested a copy of the Natis document for days now to no avail from Adele Du Toit and Emma Matundu. Emma does not reply to this request and I am highly irrated. I have made several calls sent several emails for this request. I was told by the Finance company that they do not have the Natis document and that Webuycars have the document since this was a recent deal. Its been a week and I am not getting anywhere. This is so frustrating
