Poor Service by Shane Mobaye!!

Once again I have to take my COMPLAINTS to social media due to exceptional POOR service by your Customer Care Department!! I Returned the **** BMW that I bought from We Buy Cars more than 2 months ago, but the car STILL shows that I am the owner!! And now due to this I cannot renew my Audi's Licence!!! I Have been asking for this to be rectified for more than 2 weeks now, and for proof that the BMW is no longer on my name, but nothing has been done by Shane Mobaye!! The only responses I receive from her is that "it was handed over to be dealt with"..... Does it take more than 2 months to do this??? If I get fined for driving around with my Audi with an expired license then who is going to pay those fines????? Poor poor service just continuing forever!!! 🤬 ..... (Ill wait for your normal generic response about how sorry you are for the inconvenience, but still do nothing about it)....
