Poor service by line manager

Sold my car to we buy cars And bought one on we buy cars in cape town . Paid everything plus logistics Was told my car will be in midsream on monday 3/10/18 I drove to midstream only to find out my car is not there while i spoke to the manager he said its not their fault and the logistics is not part of them he was very unprofesional and did not car about m as a customer my safety now im stranded in jhb i must find a place to stay and food . I dont mind doing that but the customer service i received from the line manager was so poor i just want my money back . Jackie ********** 275
