Poor service, avoid.
Very poor service, paperwork was not available on delivery, car filthy, the promised replacement of defective light bulbs not done. How did it pass a roadworthy with some lights not working? It will take 14 to 22 days to get a signed change of ownership form from the dealership!!!! In the meantime, I do not have car registered in my name. I have had to ask for every bit of information from the salesman, every step of the way. It is probably the worst service I have ever received.

20 Jun 2023, 19:16Still no feedback from WeBuycars. Asked the salesperson twice to have his manager call me but nothing. Spoke to the dealer principal, Tim today because all they furnish you with after 2 weeks is the registration form. At first they said that I need to also do a roadworthy certificate but later found one. This roadworthy certificate must have been bought because several lights on the car were not working. All I got was, ‘ So sorry you experienced this, we will investigate’ I have bought over 20 cars over the years and this takes the cake for poor service. A filthy car , no licence and registration and unroadworthy with a clean bill of health from Dekra. Kind of reminds
