Poor service at We Buy Cars Epping

We buy cars Epping has the worst service. We went only to view and buy one vehicle. We stood around and waited a very long time. Then had to ask for assistance. We had to wait after that as well, as the assistant was still busy with someone else. Then he said he will still be 10 minutes. We did not even have the opportunity to drive the vehicle. If he was too busy, hand us over to another assistant. We said we will go and fetch something to eat. Upon arrival back the vehicle was with another assistant and a buyer. The vehicle was bought out underneath us. He did not ask if we wanted to view another vehicle. Nor did he take contact details in case the other buyer did not qualify for the vehicle. Poor service. Very disappointed. Brackenfell and Richmond keep up the good work.
