Poor service at we buy cars

Really disappointed with their service. We bought a car in January from the Dome branch. Three months later we still have not received our papers. Petrol is already expensive and now we have been paying an extra R1800 per month on tolls because we cannot change our number plates and register our car with the local SANRAL office to receive the residents discounts. What's worse is that I've called them more than 10 times and are being sent from pillar to post. Some days I am told that they have posted the documents and other days they still asking for my address. I'm really tired of dealing with these guys and I feel like they are taking advantage of the consumers. Doing business with them has been such a burden for me.
