Poor Service at SILVER LAKES

After choosing a car and paying a R10k deposit, I never heard form them again, I am calling daily to find out what is the next step , and nobody calls me back , I have spoken to 4 different people there , with not feedback ! only to blame each other. I asked to speak with a Manager , and there is not such a service, Called head office and they put you back to the branch, In HELLOPEter they have a standard copy and paste answer ! This is all I will get! Very sorry I went to Silver Lake branch , it is NOT Recomendable,!
