Poor service and wrong information
I feel ****med, I bought my car on 21st June 2025 and the car died the same day with problems that were never mentioned in the dekra report. They told me to get a quote from my nearest RMI mechanic and they still haven't got back to me. Only to find out they've never fixed any car after requesting the quote, after wasting so much time for clients. I need proper service! Can there be measures taken against such conduct?
