Poor service and schemers

This people are so unprofessional iv launch a concern with the lady called Vinconique last week Thursday about the car they sold to me that had reversed mileages at the joburg south branch and was told will receive feedback within 48hrs . But still no feedback from them. This morning iv send them an email checking on the process. I haven’t got response from them. I’m tired my next step is to report them to the ombudsman. The lack on customer service
