Poor service and no refund from We Buy Cars Midstream

If I could give 0 stars I would. We tried to buy a car in December 2022 at We Buy Cars Midstream On the day, no sales consultants were enthusiastic about assisting. We waited 20 minutes each time we wanted to start a car as all cars have flat batteries. The specific car we ended up being interested in battery was so flat, it needed to be replaced. We were told we needed to come back another day. We found a similar car instead, but it was on auction. We struggled to register for the auction as the App said that our email had been used (we have never registered at We Buy Cars before) the help desk in store was of no assistance and we were left to figure it out on our own. We eventually registered for the auction and bid. We were told that we would not be able to drive the car until after the auction. We won the bid and went the next day to test drive the car. The car then had errors on that was not on the Dekra report. The car could not drive at all. We then did not want to go through with the purchase as the DEKRA report did not match the car. We requested a refund. It is now the 6th of February 2023 and I still have not gotten my R5000 refund. The sales consultant keeps promising that she has put through the application, but no payment yet. I have followed up numerous times. The call center has a very long wait time - -where you will be forced to listen to ***ist jokes about husbands and wives, then the call center agent can't connect you without any other information. I have requested the manager to call me and update, but he does not seem interested. Very very very poor service in general.
