Poor service and after sales service (Never Resolved)

Poor service and after sales service exceeds this company, I purchased a vehicle just over a month from now and the vehicle had a clean deckra report, I came across some issues as I started using the vechile which are quite serious like the suspension, radio and door, it seems like they sold me a accident damage car, I have addressed the issue several times and I'm going through their system requirements were I have to work with a designated customer care agent to assist escalate the matter,the sales agent done nothing and ignore my messages and calls as well as the managers who know about the issue and has been asked for assistance from the sales person has done nothing, they required quotes from Machanical companies they use to do their repairs, which were provided however it's not good enough as they need more quotes, my query has been dragging and delaying over a month now with my time and fuel for a problem they sold to me, I feel this is not fair to put customers through hell after buying a vehicle and make them beg for help, I have not had anything repaired by them ever since, they take one week to reply and say get more quotes.
