Poor service all round

I bought a vehicle on the 15 March 2021 on an online auction. The vehicle only arrived for me to take delivery on 31 March 2021, from Cape Town to Gauteng. Despite the long wait for delivery and various issues with their couriers called TAC and their representative named Rhode..more than 30 to 40 calls...my vehicle arrived some 2 weeks later. I collected the vehicle, but was told that they do not have the Natis documents and same is being requested from the bank. Now I have car that I cannot use. I have requested that these documents be supp**** upon delivery (as is the law), but it had fallen on deaf ears. I am still awaiting these documents. Can't drive my vehicle and there is no further correspondence from anybody at webuycars. It is really shocking. I am so frustrated that I am considering taking legal action, to cancel the entire deal. They can have their car back!
