POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND THE BRANCHES

i have collected my vehicle on the 16th of September and it is now the 31st of October and i am yet to receive assistance with my licensing. i am being sent from pillar to post in regards to this matter. at first i was told that Mo from the South branch will assist me. then Mo said i will get assistance from a lady named Celeste, the lady took my call once and said she will assist, following that conversation she has not reverted to me and is not taking my calls. Tania and Chad from the EC branch where i bought the car from have since divorced themselves from assisting me, from the time the car left their branch they have been of zero help. the car had defects which i was not told about and had to fix myself, i have let that go and and made peace with it. I CANNOT SEEM TO GET ANYONE TO HELP ME WITH MY LICENSING WHICH I CANNOT DO MYSELF DUE TO THE FACT THAT I NEED DOCUMENTATION FROM WE BUY CARS.

The most ridiculous service i have ever experienced with buying a car, if there was a zero rating that is what i would be giving this business.
