Poor service

I came here bought a car, and exchanged it for a small car. Now I can't get my refund back. The salesperson did not file in my papers, I'm being told that the finance people say they didn't receive my documents, when I came here on Monday, and was promised to receive my money by Thursday it's Friday today no money. I'm just getting we are sorry sir but my money nothing. Now I have to wait when I paid them cash.
