Poor Service

I bought a car that was apparently PERFECT according to their condition report at the Germiston branch, The car was smoking and we were told the smoke will go away it’s probably because it has parked for long, nothing changed even the engine warning lights are Blinking, Been a week now stuck with this car, the sales lady by the name of Monique was so enthusiastic while helping with the purchase, WE reported the issue AGAIN and the problem was confirmed at the workshop that the engine was faulty, She then said we must wait 48 hours, 48hrs passed and when we enquire she says “SHE DOESN'T KNOW”and I must wait some MORE time to be contacted by their Head Office, worse her manager by the name of Trevor had no idea about my issue. I am so disappointed I used to speak highly about this company
