Poor service

My experience with webuycar wasn't good at all. They are only there to let the deal though and afterwards no response. I have been struggling to get the car papers for over a month no response in geogre branch when I call they hang the phone up in my ear. Can't even speak to someone. Not good bussiness at all. They let me drive over 100km to finish everything when I arrive they told me the lady is not at the office there is nothing they can do for me they told me what time to came and i was they 5 min before the time I put in leave for that and have the WhatsApp messages as prove. The best of all is when you buy the car the salesman ask you to do a review and ask you to please give him a five 5 star ratingas it wil help him and he wil make sure the paper wil be her in a week. When he have his review. You won't hear from him again the manager have a big additide and don't want to hear your problem wil never do bussiness with them again. Good car but service are extremely poor. All I want is just some answer so I can put the car on my name it now over a month and no response my WhatsApp messages they read but no reply to the salesman and the manager. Don't do bussiness with webuycar george poor service. Please look into this as I only want to sort out my car and move on.
