Poor service

I bought a car in March through finance at we buy cars the Dome, only to receive the registration plate without the disk in October. I was told that the COR of the car has expired and I must make an arrangement with the sales person. The guy is no longer with we buy cars I was told when contacting the call centre and the said the matter will be escalated to the manager. However, I have not received any correspondence from them, its been 3 weeks now. I am in Durban I was to change the registration to ZN so it does not become obvious that I am not from here
