Poor service

The rating is zero I bought the Bike from the dome branch and it's been 4 to weeks complaining to them about the clutch of the bike..they gave me a ref and they send the query to manager to approve and even today today I did not get a feedback..yesterday on the 29 June the consultant who is assigned for this matter from we buy cars told me that he will have a meeting with a manager regarding this and will call me or send me an email after the meeting and again Kevin did not do that and when I call this morning I was told that Kevin is off when when I ask to speak to his manager they told me that the manager is still in a meeting nd will call meeting and when I do afollow up again since the manager is not calling me they told me that his on the phone he will call me after even now he did not come back to me...customer service to attend queries is bad and they don't care about the frustration they giving me as I bought the bike and it can't be used.
