Poor service

I bought a car in mbombela branch and asked for it to be transported to the dome, the sales man was a guy called sbusiso simelane, the guy is very *********** and ubprofessional. I paid the car cash after that he never communicated with me, he ignored my calls, when i asked about the transportation he referred me to motorvia and they said he's the one who shud book them to transport the vehicle to the dome branch, i then followed up 7 days later and nobody knows where the car is, this sibusiso guy then referred me to a guy called Brian who's also ignoring my calls, i find this service to be apalling. This is very unacceptable.
