Poor service

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car at we buy cars . Poor service and false adverti*****t. I bought a car at we buy cars in joburg (South) on the 29/08/2022. 3 days later the car was having problems had engine light popped on the dashboard. I took back the car to dealer on the 12/09/2022 they promised they take the car their MRI approval workshop JAG Auto tech and they did absolutely that as promised and make a policy claim with innovation group. Now the car have been at the workshop for a week now . No feedback from them. Then I decided to go ahead myself to make a follow up with the warranty claim policy that came with the car. They told me the claim was rejected last week Friday. But they still don’t say anything to me. Now I’m struggling with transport . They just don’t care. I’m very disappointed and going to take this matter further.
