Poor service

My partner and I bought a car +- 4weeks ago. Firstly it took 2 weeks for us to recieve the car. Then I mentioned on the test drive the car has a rough ride the salesman said its probably the wheels and I don't know how a car passes with such an issue. They had to replace a switch and they broke some clips on the door panel. Wanted to replace a bulb on the rear lights i can see spray paint residue on the light i was never told about that and that should be picked up and noted. I had reserved a car with R5000 and the salesman told me to send my ID and bank details then he said he wants a pdf. Format and I did that lastweek and still waiting for the payment when I sent a message today I got no response. This all happened in the east london branch.
