Poor Service

To whom it actually may concern, if it actually gets to someone and actually taken seriously.

My Partner is in the process of purchasing a car from we buy cars Brackenfell for myself and honestly, it has been a frustrating and exhausting experience. You would think a company selling cars would be eager to close a sale, but that’s far from what we have experienced.

From the very beginning, he had to chase your company for every single detail—whether it’s about availability, pricing, or paperwork. There’s been no proactive communication. His been the one initiating follow-ups, and each time, it feels like his bothering you guys. There’s a complete lack of urgency or interest from the staff, which is baffling considering his ready to make a purchase!

It’s as if they don’t care whether he buys a car or not, and that’s not the kind of experience you expect when you’re spending a significant amount of money. The service has been slow, disorganized, and completely unprofessional.

If this is how they treat potential buyers, I’m seriously concerned about how they handle after-sales support. I personally will not recommend we buy cars brackenfell to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable car-buying experience.
