Poor service

I bought a vehicle 28 September 2022 from their branch Riverhorse. The sales person was Rajesh Inder. Finance was arranged through their Port Elizabeth Tania du Preez. I was promised that I will get the paperwork to register the vehicle in Gauteng within 21 days and till today nothing received. I phoned and e mailed them and until today still no paper work received. My vehicle is now not legal on the road any more.
