Poor service

I submitted my information and received a call from one of the consultants. I informed him that I cannot take his call. I did call him back but never got a response. I then responded on his whattsapp and no response. I also on the whattsapp they sent me that I am interested to take the process further, yet up to now no response. What is then the use of showing interest but get yout time wasted.
