poor service
We wanted to buy a car and called in about it. They said it was in great condition and asked us for a deposit-we didn't jump into putting a deposit as the salesman didn't treat us like a person of value. A few days later we called again to find out about the car, the rreceptionist took our details and said they would call us back. No one called. We phoned again the next day and asked to come see the vehicle...the salesman didn't sound enthusiastic but we wanted the car. On arrival we were made to wait and when the salesman did come he was on the phone and called to us with his finger. He didn't even put the call on hold!!! We had to look for the car ourselves while he walked behind us talking on the phone! When we saw the car it was in terrible condition! We told the receptionist we wanted to lodge a complaint and she then started asking us which department and we can't just place a complaint without specifying which area. That aggravated us even more as the whole experience was terrible!! Will never use them again.
I take full responsibility for the poor service you received.
There is no excuse.
We are under-staffed.
I put a lot of pressure on the Sales Staff not to miss calls.
I would like to know who the sales person was?
Regarding the deposit, it is not clear how, what and why that was communicated.
As far as the vehicle is concerned, I would like to know what vehicle you are referring to?
Quality is a function of price, age and mileage when it comes to the bigger picture, the context in which a specific car is viewed.
If you decide to come back, ask for me Dirk, I am co-owner, I will assist you in person if it is possible at that time.
The reason why our service level is not quite up to scratch is because we are growing at a rapid rate. We sell in the region of 800 cars a month, that is in the region of 30 a day.
There is no other place like ours, and there is no place that beats our prices on average.
So I beg you to see the bigger picture.
