POOR SERVICE

A nightmare dealing with we buy cars; all staff was so friendly and helpful when Clinton Ruhrmund a business owner himself and believes in customer service, it's been months and we are still waiting for a spare and I had to pay so many penalties to get the license up to date. In the past view months, I had to call We Buy Cars on numerous occasions to follow up on my complaint only to find to explain everything over to a different manager as the previous ones have left, none of the manager we spoke to wants to take any responsibility , I have forward them a copy of the registration document and they cannot even pick up a stock number on their system , how do they keep control of the vehicles they sell .Clinton owns a motorcycle shop and we have a basic accounting package and its very easy for us to find a copy of any clients invoice by simply searching i vin number , registration number , even a customers ID or Name , i cannot believe WE BUY CARS can't do this , instead they want to pass the buck all the time .MONTHS FOR A SPARE AND A REFUND FOR OUTSTANDING LICENSE which we were billed for .
