Poor service

On Friday 24 November 2023 I placed a reserve on we buy cars and a sales man contacted me shortly thereafter. The following day I went to the branch to collect the vehicle, on arrival I found the car not to be in a driving condition. On Tuesday 28 November I cancelled the transaction and requested a refund on my deposit. He has since ignored all means off contact with me, does not read messages and drops the line when I call him.
