Poor service

I visited this establishment about 2 months ago. They were not busy at all but no one approached us to be assisted. The salespersons just cruised around on their hover boards. My 2nd visit was worse. I was looking for a specific car that was on their website for sale. I walked around the whole floor and could not find it. I eventually had to ask someone to assist and I was told that he could not help me as he was busy with 2 other clients. There was no attempt to find someone to assist. I walked out and vowed not to ever go there again. They are only interested in dealers where they can make bulk sales and individual buyers are not given the time of day.
