Poor service

I bought a car on 1 April 2022 and I was promised that my vehicle license documents will be ready in 2 weeks' time but now close to 2 months later the papers are not ready and no one is giving me a straight answer. I have contacted the Sales Executive(Amerigo De Gouveia) and he is not answering my calls and messages. I have phoned the Call center and they keep on transferring me to other offices where I don't get an answer.
