Poor Service

we went to Germiston Branch on 22 September and paid a deposit for a vehicle we want to buy. Its almost a month later and we still haven't received the vehicle after its been approved, Every time we try to phone they give the same answer as they are in a meeting or they will come back to us. Poor poor poor service.....
