POOR SERVICE

Good Day,

I have bought a car in Durban Springfield when I went to collect the car I discovered that a car is non runner and I was never told it.

The incompetence of sale's department is shocking. I traveled from jhb to Durban for nothing.

I requested cancelation and refund to be done last month.

No communication, no feedback from sales person. No refund. No update.

Service will never improve.
