Poor quality

We buy cars sold me a car that was supposedly dekra platinum, which was then financed by the bank

Same day fetching the car, it had an auxi****y battery issue which too webuycars 6 months to get it sorted out

3 weeks after the car was fixed in July , the car blew up and caught fire now with a possibility of a write off by insurance

Their Customer service and consultants don't respond to emails , should webuycars not resolve this issue, I will involve the high court and every institution that needs be in SA...

This is my money and believe I should be respected as a client

Service I've received so far is worse than bad
