Poor qualify service

The level of service from webuycars is pathetic and unprofessional. Staff are not trained enough to make decisions and need to constantly do research or get back to the customer. I am really disappointed in the level of service received from both the springfield park and riverhorse valley branch.

Ruan makes promises and does not deliver and Webuycars’s does not trace or record WhatsApp calls between customers. After he was far too busy we asked to be transferred to someone who could purchase and give us a quote quicker.

Matlyn/Kumeran from Riverhorse valley was even worse because he constantly said he needs to do research as he was not happy about a thing or two of the vehicle. However still did not get back to us and we had to constantly follow up. To this date, they are making us run around in circles, chatting to their bosses and still making decisions.

For a renowned company like that, I am disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone.
