Poor pre sales service
Enquired about a vehicle 4 days ago, received reference number via WhatsApp and confirmation that a salesperson would contact me. Enquired again and still nothing. No point in having a system with reference numbers if it doesn’t work. I even sent someone out to check out the vehicle and still have not received any contact. Not interested in selling cars I guess. If the pre sales is this bad then I wonder what the after sales is like. Probably not so great! Enjoy holding onto your stock.
