Poor Poor Service

My first and last dealing with Webuycars, customer service is terribly poor, I called customer care, even worse, the consultant had no idea about the procedure of selling a car so she was just silent and couldn't help at all, by the rest of the reviews you have a 50% chance of someone giving good service.
