Poor Poor Poor service from We Buy Cars Polokwane

I purchased a vehicle through We Buy Cars Polokwane and this has been the most painful and frustrating experience that I have ever encountered. The service is extremely poor , I am constantly following up and the sales person never keeps to his promises on updates. If the deal was not so far into the process, i would have definitely cancelled. No sense of customer service.
