Poor management and service

Poor service and after service, been dealing with management for the last 2 months to get problems fixed that was report day 1. More so Kar cut out (platinum rated) reported since Thursday last week and have been following up myself as I'm not being informed or kept up to date. Call logged (concern 80380) and still no sence of urgency to resolve my complaint. So may times I had to travel in and out to get issues resolved (still not resolved) at my expense as well. I thought this was a well established brand but your staff are not living up to your name this incl head office personnel. I'm starting to regret refering my father to your company.
