Poor Journey with WeBuyCars be carefull
If I hear WeBuyCars I don't know to be happy or sad.
For the last few weeks I have a up an down experience with them but they do lack in costumer care.
I bought a BMW a few weeks ago very excited saw my dream car and had the opportunity to make the purchase. The 1st salesman really wasn't interested in helping me and almost costing my dream car. After being upset and a complaint was made WeBuyCars jumped in and did put the best salesman on the job and a few days later the sale was through.
BUT with excitement came expenses the BMW had to be send into for repairs and the total of the car went up by R27 000 that included a rim repair. Paid R3000 delivery fee still don't understand because I went to pick up the car and there was no fuel in the tank. a Lot of money for picking up a vehicle.
Once again excited to drive away with my new car but once again disappointed by the engine fault warning coming on 5min into my drive away from WeBuyCars. Immediately told the salesman and he did organize for my car to go back to the shops. So the 1st week of owning my new car 4 of those days was spend in the shop. Engine fault warning still popping up.
Finally costumer care took over and this is where my biggest problem started. I was informed to drive to a specific place for analyzing the problem I had to drive there twice for someone to pick up the problem. WeBuyCars was informed and I am still waiting after 3 weeks for my car to go in and be fixed after I have spend R27 000 on repairs. a Few days ago the car started vibrating and something was clearly wrong. I informed the costumer care individual working with my car about the standard of the car but no response as she doesn't really care about my situation. Eventually my Run Flat tire burst and caused damage informed the costumer care person again but she didn't respond.
Took in the car found out the rim cracked (The rim I paid to be repaired) and my tire burst. The lady at WeBuyCars asked for a quote and she will update me. After a few hours waiting for a response sending multiple emails no response just being ignored. Later during the day she told me she will keep me updated and yet no communication.
After spending over R27 000 and driving the car for not even 6 weeks multiple errors and problems popped up. WeBuyCars vehicles standards are poor and their costumer care are absent. How do you ignore one of your clients.
