POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE BUY CARS NELSPRUIT

I traveled all the way from kzn to fetch a vehicle in mpumalanga Nelspruit after we finalized the deal, l traveled the whole day and only to find out that the very same vehicle was sold to another customer however, l was informed that the vehicle was reserved for me. I had to book from my own pocket and slept over, when l got there the next morning they only said "SORRY" after spending so much for nothing. I lodged the complaint with customer care with no help.
