Poor customer service levels

Very poor customer service levels. I made two visits to the Brackenfell branch and made two online queries with below par customer service levels. I only received the reference number pertaining to the first online query after they called me pertaining to the second online query. They do not deserve the one star rating. I would not recommend webuycars.
