Poor customer service
You are valuable to them before you buying but after buying they don’t even want to hear from you or try to assist you in any situation.

11 May 2024, 10:12I’ve been calling and sending emails to online sales and Michelle from online sales team but no response or acknowledgement of my email. I’ve been calling and no one is helping me, im just wasting my money calling. Online sales manager on Thursday the 9th May promised to call me back before the end of the day but im still waiting even now. I’m frustrated and disappointed after buying 3 cars in 6 months from you. You really disappointed me

11 May 2024, 10:15Customer service team also did not respond or acknowledge my email, why should I continue sending emails , i just have to use other platforms to expose the bad service you give, i just want my 10k refund and i delete your app and you can also deactivate my account with you.
